One Sleepy Girl
While browsing through Instagram recently, I stumbled upon a video of an adorable pup that completely melted my heart.
This little Dachshund named Winnie was lounging in the passenger seat of her mom’s car.
As we all know, dogs absolutely adore car rides. They attentively keep an eye on every vehicle and tree that goes by, and when it’s safe, they pop their heads out the window to enjoy the breeze.
But this little lady was doing something a bit different.
It’s clear that Winnie had a rough night, leading her to doze off during the car trip. Yet, determined not to miss quality time with her mom, Hailey, she fought against the sleepiness.
The video depicts this tiny pup struggling to stay awake while attempting to remain on her feet. Eventually, the Sandman wins, and the tired pup collapses onto her blanket for a well-deserved nap.
The Internet Loved It
When the video was shared on Instagram, viewers flocked to the comments section to express their feelings about this sleepy scenario.
One user perfectly captured the sentiment: “Oh my gawd this is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.”
“Ur a heck of a sleepy pup, Winnie!” proclaimed another.
