The Most Affectionate Homeless Dog Spends 7 Years Outside, Hoping for Her Special Day

Date:

“Happiness and contentment in life doesn’t require much,” Inna would express if she could communicate!

“Having someone by your side on this journey is all you really need,” she might just add!

This incredibly affectionate dog has spent her entire life outdoors, with no shelter to call her own. However, when the wonderful people from Howl Of A Dog encountered her, she was the gentlest, most joyful dog you could ever meet.

Along with her best furry friend, Zelda, Inna survived seven long years living in the open, until one day, everything transformed!

Inna Overcame Incredible Challenges

Inna somehow survived living in a field adjacent to a sheep farm, even with the odds stacked against her.

The man who rescued both her and her beloved companion, Zelda, constructed a small shelter for them nearby. Sadly, he could never bring them into his warmth.

“Inna and her friend Zelda have spent their entire lives in a field, near a sheep farm. The man who initially rescued them lacked the means to take them home, so he built a small shelter for them in the field, caring for them for nearly seven years,” stated Howl Of A Dog on their website.

For the first few years, life went on with relative stability. Inna and Zelda waited in their makeshift “home” for their hero to bring them meals. However, as development encroached on their territory, the situation soured.

Complaints began to arise regarding the dogs, prompting the rescuers to step in with a plan of action. That’s when the Howl Of A Dog team came into play.

Upon hearing her heartbreaking story, they wasted no time and rushed to the scene. To their surprise, they were greeted with a pawsitive experience!

Rather than being scared of strangers given her history, Inna proved to be the most affectionate darling. During their first meeting, she lifted her paws high, signaling her saviors with the message that “it’s cuddle time!”

“When I approached her for the first time, she lay on her side and lifted her paw, requesting belly rubs. That’s her ultimate delight,” the rescuers described.

She was absolutely overjoyed at the kindness shown to her and gave back tenfold!

Within moments, Inna transitioned from being a homeless stray to the most affectionate cuddle bug, absolutely relishing the belly rubs from her rescuers.

The Perfect Moment Has Finally Arrived

After being rescued from her life in the field, Inna received the most incredible surprise.

Seven arduous years of living in the wilderness culminated in her discovering a lovely home with a wonderful family. Her kind and endearing nature has finally been rewarded with a forever home, leaving Inna absolutely ecstatic!

“She is an incredibly sweet dog, friendly with everyone, gentle and calm, and gets along very well with all dogs,” shared the rescuers.

She can finally live the life she had always aspired to. Far removed from the uncertainty of her past, Inna now has a loving family to share her golden years with.

The wonderful news is that her companion Zelda was not forgotten, either. This joyful beauty found her own family where she is now enjoying herself immensely.

Once two homeless dogs with uncertain futures, Inna and Zelda now have everything they could ever dream of.
