When a rescuer from The Animal Rescue Center of California was alerted by a friend about a dog in a remote location, he immediately set out to find him.
The journey led them along a long stretch of road with no hope for this unfortunate pup to find assistance.
The rescuer and his friend collaborated to help the dog, but it was going to be challenging as the dog was terrified of humans and would flee at the sight of people.
As soon as they approached the dog, he dashed away, trying to maintain his distance.
At that moment, it became clear that their original plan was not working, leading them to set a humane trap in hopes he might go for the bait.
Unfortunately, the dog did not enter the kennel, and their first attempt was in vain.
The following day, they decided to place the trap near his favorite resting spot by the roadside.
They successfully located him again, and instinctively tried to guide him toward the trap, but he dashed past them, fleeing as far away as he could.
