Carly would have done anything to have a loving home. Sadly, this sweet puppy and her parents endured a life filled with neglect from a careless owner. Without proper care, their skin developed serious issues. Rather than provide help, the heartless owner surrendered them to BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions in Texas, requesting their euthanasia. The dog family was heartbroken to be separated and placed in different kennels.
Carly looked through the bars, longing to see her parents again and hoping to leap into their arms.
Hoping For A Miracle

Madeline, a compassionate foster parent and shelter volunteer advocating for at-risk dogs, rushed to visit Carly and her parents upon hearing their tragic story. In her kennel, Carly appeared lost and confused without her family, gazing at Madeline with tearful eyes, pleading for help.

The big-hearted volunteer was moved by Carly’s plight and visited her parents, Chicha and Chicho, who were also in separate kennels. Their sorrowful eyes reflected the same despair. Chicho, with his sweet demeanor, immediately sought cuddles from Madeline upon seeing her. Meanwhile, Chicha was in poor condition, suffering from mange with sore and patchy skin.

Madeline reassured Chicha that she would take her to see Carly. When they arrived, the mother dog instantly recognized her baby and dashed toward her. The two sniffed and kissed each other through the kennel bars, a moment filled with relief as Carly reached toward her mom, even as the barriers kept them apart.
Fighting To Save Precious Lives

Madeline shared a video showcasing Carly, Chicha, and Chicho on social media, hoping to find a rescue that would save them from euthanasia. Fortunately, her efforts were fruitful. SNARR Animal Rescue Northeast agreed to rescue the doggy family, dedicated to saving dogs in need, especially those facing health issues and euthanasia.
Shortly after, foster families stepped in to provide Chicha, Chicho, and Carly with a loving environment. The canine family is now adjusting to their new life and will soon be transferred to New York, where they will begin their search for a forever home. If these adorable dogs captured your heart and you wish to give them a permanent home, please contact SNARR Northeast Rescue for more information.
