One such tale was recently documented by a compassionate Animal Shelter team. They found a puppy, just a few weeks old, living alone in a small cardboard box, far from any human contact. Without a mother or siblings, he urgently needed assistance and love!
He Struggled to Survive for Weeks
Upon receiving a call about Bublik, a compassionate woman named Maria didn’t hesitate. She rushed to the location to find the distressed puppy, but the rescue was challenging.
Bublik was left alone in a landfill, isolated without any other dogs. It was likely that he had been abandoned, and sadly, no one had come to his aid sooner.
Bublik sheltered himself in a worn-out cardboard box, which served as his home. He spent most of his days there, staying dry and safe from predators.
The only activity he engaged in was scavenging for food among the trash, a task that offered little success. Sadly, he had to resort to eating garbage!
Consequently, Bublik ended up with a seriously swollen belly and frequent stomach pains, arising from his unhealthy eating habits.
So, when Maria arrived, the poor puppy began wagging his tail, as if he sensed that his troubles were finally over!
Bublik was promptly taken to a nearby veterinary clinic, where he received round-the-clock care and medication to address his digestive issues. Additionally, he had eye problems that required treatment.
