Natalea Bowling and Dalton Polly, owners of Paynegap Powersports, were out exploring on their all-terrain vehicle in Kentucky when they unexpectedly spotted three puppies racing after them, seemingly pleading for help. The couple quickly stopped to investigate.
As the three pups danced around them in joy, they noticed four more puppies approaching from a nearby road. The doggy family showed pure delight at their presence, wagging their tails excitedly, sensing that they had come to help.
Meeting Their Rescuers

Upon realizing that the puppies lived near train tracks, Bowling and Polly felt a pang of sadness. It was clear the puppies were abandoned and had likely not been alone for long. Despite being malnourished and hungry, the pups seemed generally healthy.
The kind couple was determined to rescue them, but the puppies were timid and hesitant. With gentle words and affectionate gestures, Bowling and Polly worked to earn their trust.
Eventually, the pups realized they were safe and agreed to come along, allowing the couple to carry them onto the floor of their ATV.

The puppies snuggled together on the floorboard of the ATV, relieved and grateful for the help they received. On the way to Bowling and Polly’s home, one of the puppies climbed up to Bowling’s lap, seeking comfort.
Searching For Loving Homes

The puppies settled into their new foster home, where the couple dedicated themselves to caring for them until they could find permanent families. Thriving and happy, these little ones are showered with love, their delightful personalities emerging as they become affectionate cuddle bugs.
“They’re doing great now, little chunky babies. They are all so sweet and playful, but they also just want to lay on you and cuddle and be loved on,” Bowling shared with The Dodo.
The puppies, estimated to be around eight to nine weeks old, are on the lookout for their forever families. It’s only a matter of time before these affectionate furballs capture the hearts of wonderful families who will cherish them. A heartfelt thank you to Bowling and Polly for rescuing these pups and providing them with care.
