Ashley Boggs, a devoted dog rescuer, sees saving dogs as her life’s purpose. While driving down a forest road in Puerto Rico, she noticed a distressed brown dog stopping cars and pleading for assistance.
This particular dog was not like others who typically conceal themselves in the woods or wander about aimlessly; she seemed to be urgently communicating with Boggs!
Mama Dog Yearning for One Thing Only
Once Ashley exited her vehicle, she discovered that the dog who had halted her was a nursing mother in dire need of assistance for her puppies. Abandoned in the woods without food or water, this tiny pooch was doing her utmost to care for her little ones.
Luckily, Boggs, who is affiliated with Miracles for Satos Rescue based in New York, arrived just in time to be their savior!
Apart from the mother dog, who was given the name Goji, there were two more puppies hidden away in the secluded spot.
All three canines were immediately friendly, and Boggs effortlessly managed to secure them in her vehicle. Nevertheless, more puppy whimpers echoed from the trees, prompting her to conduct a further search.
