A rescuer named Donna wanted to ensure his safety, but she was aware that their shelter had no vacancies, and Turducken would need to wait for an opening.
In the meantime, Donna made it a point to feed him whenever possible to ensure he wouldn’t go hungry. Each time she visited, Turducken would greet her with joy, quickly forming a bond between them. She eagerly anticipated the moment she could take him to the shelter for a fresh start.

After spending quality time together outside, Donna took him to the shelter, providing him with a warm, safe place to sleep at last.
The hope is that Turducken won’t have to wait long to find a loving forever home, considering his gentle and kind nature. Initially, his rescuer plans to find a foster home for him to help him adjust to a cozy living environment before continuing the search for his permanent family.
