Baloo is the kind of dog you fall in love with instantly; there’s no need for a lengthy introduction. Sadly, his previous owners didn’t share the same sentiment. Baloo was cruelly abandoned in a parking garage, tied up and left alone for three days until a resident noticed him.
When he was finally rescued and welcomed into a foster home, his new momma greeted him with warmth. Little did she know that Baloo had a significant secret!
Baloo’s Condition Surprised Her
The Rebel Dogs Detroit team could not fathom why such a sweet dog was abandoned. Despite being found shivering in the cold, Baloo wagged his tail upon hearing a human voice.
He had been tied up in the elements for days and clearly needed help. We rushed over to secure him. He was wet, extremely cold, but very happy to go with us and be indoors,” the Michigan rescue recounted.
