There’s nothing more tragic than a dog facing the world all by themselves.
This is why when a woman named Audray learned that a kind-hearted dog had been abandoned on a busy freeway, she rushed to the scene to search for her.
A local resident witnessed the lonely pup wandering about, searching for scraps to satisfy her hunger. After showing Audray some pictures, they teamed up to help rescue the precious dog.
Rescue Initiative
Audray and her group of volunteers set up a humane trap in the area where the dog was last spotted, hoping to catch her as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, things didn’t unfold as planned.
Days turned into weeks, and the trap remained untouched, with no sign of the pup. The group began to worry but chose not to lose hope.
Three whole weeks went by, and the pup was still missing. Then one day, the team discovered that the trap had finally been triggered.
As they approached, they realized it was the pup they had been searching for all along!
Ecstatic that the pup was safe, Audray named her Daisy and promised to find her the best home possible.
A New Beginning
Initially, Daisy stayed with Audray, where she discovered what it meant to be truly loved. Finally being able to relax helped Daisy learn that not all humans intended to harm her.
It wasn’t long before Daisy caught the attention of a nurturing foster family who was deeply touched by her story and committed to ensuring she had the best life possible.
Daisy thrived in this environment!
Upon entering her new home, she instantly felt it was where she was meant to be all along.
Along with a fantastic human family, she also made some wonderful furry friends!
The other dogs ensured that Daisy knew unconditional love while sharing endless fun!
When the time is right, I believe Daisy will find the perfect forever home that, with kindness and affection, will help her forget her difficult past and allow her to enjoy a bright, joyful future!

It’s imperative that we put an end to cruelty towards animals!
Not only do they enhance our lives, but they devote their existence to their humans by striving to keep them happy.
Daisy’s experience is simply outrageous, and we must prevent such occurrences in the future.
Please, if you witness any kind of animal abuse, don’t hesitate to contact the authorities and report it.
It’s the very least we can do.
