I have shared numerous stories about animals desperately needing help, and thankfully, there’s always a kindhearted person who comes along as their knight in shining armor, offering a helping hand. Witnessing these once unfortunate animals thrive and live their best lives warms my heart every single time. So, when I came across the story of this little pup, I sincerely hoped for his happiness. Fortunately, my prayers were answered!

On a wonderful mountain hike, Tyler and his wife unexpectedly encountered a heartbreaking scene: a little puppy, sitting in the mud and crying, clearly at the end of his rope after days alone. They immediately knew they had to help.
After reassuring the pup they meant him no harm, the man gently picked him up and carried him down the mountain. Upon holding him, he saw that the little dog was infested with fleas, further indicating how long he had been on his own.
Life Sure Does Get Better
Once home, the couple fed the hungry pup some delicious food, and he quickly licked his plate clean, confirming they had saved a very hungry little boy. They took him to the vet for a complete check-up, ensuring he received the necessary vaccinations and treatments. With each vet visit, the pup showed remarkable improvement.
With two adorable pups already at home, the couple decided to adopt this sweet boy, aptly named Lucky. Tyler shared the heartwarming news on Instagram, stating, “Not my typical post. This pup was on his last leg when I found him. I figured if we spent this much time and money to get him to this point, we might as well keep him. We named him Lucky for good reason. And he is living his best life now.”
Since then, Lucky has been thriving in his new home, full of love, happiness, and excitement. His devoted owners ensure he has everything he could ever need, while his furry siblings keep him joyfully active. For Lucky, this truly is the best life ever!
