Upon arriving home from work, Tia Belton discovered something unusual: her dog, Reese, was outside alone. Unsure how this happened, she was distressed, stating her dog never wanders off. “Our apartment complex dumpster isn’t near our unit, and there’s no way Reese could have gotten outside,” she explained.
