When Good Samaritans discovered the abandoned Pittie at the park, they quickly realized she was in dire condition, malnourished and filthy.
They promptly took her to Agoura Animal Care Center in Los Angeles, California.
At the center, she was transferred to Malibu Coast Animal Hospital for a thorough medical evaluation.
Rosie’s teeth were severely worn down. Additionally, she suffered from skin and ear infections, necessitating medication.
A kind-hearted woman named Tamy, a volunteer at Agoura Animal Care Center, met Rosie. She decided to foster the sweet pup and help her regain her health.
Embracing Love in Her Foster Home
Upon her arrival at her foster family’s home, Rosie seemed somewhat hesitant.
Tamy, her husband, and their three children all lavished attention on the pup, providing her with positive reinforcement and love.
Rosie began to feel safe and cherished. She started cuddling with her new family.
Even though her previous owners had failed her, exploiting her for profit, Rosie remained a pure embodiment of love.

“I needed someone to heal my heart, and she needed someone to give her assurance and teach her that it’s okay to trust again. We share a strong bond. I constantly tell her how much I love her and that she must stay with me forever,” Tamy shared with GeoBeats Animals.
While Rosie has captured the hearts of many, some people avoid approaching her when they see her on the street, unaware of how amazing she truly is.
Tamy admires her pup and the love she exudes to everyone she meets.
“She amazes me every single day… Her purpose seems to be to bring smiles and spread love because that’s all she has to give,” Tamy added.
Living her best life in California, Rosie loves soaking up the sun and going on leisurely walks. She even shares her delightful moments on her Instagram account.
Rosie’s journey is one of strength and redemption. Despite the pain inflicted by her former owners, this resilient pup has moved past her previous traumas and embraced the love that surrounds her now.
