Natalea Bowling and Dalton Polly, the owners of Paynegap Powersports, were enjoying a ride on their all-terrain vehicle near their Kentucky home when an unexpected sight caught their attention—three little puppies chasing after them as if begging for help. The couple immediately pulled over, concerned, and rushed to their side to see what was happening. As the puppies jumped around them in excitement, they noticed four more puppies hurrying towards them from the nearby road.
Meeting Their Rescuers

The doggy family was thrilled to see them and expressed their happiness by wagging their tails. It was evident to Bowling and Polly that these humans could help them. Their hearts sank when they discovered the puppies lived near the train tracks, suspecting they had been abandoned. Despite being malnourished and hungry, the puppies appeared generally okay. Committed to helping, the couple attempted to gather them, but the timid pups were unsure. Nevertheless, Bowling and Polly persisted, speaking softly and cuddling them to build trust. Soon enough, the little furballs realized they could trust the couple and agree to come along. The kindhearted humans gently lifted them onto the floor of their ATV.

As they traveled to their home, the puppies cozily curled up on the floorboard, grateful for the help they had received. One even nestled into Bowling’s lap, showing its trust and affection.
Searching For Loving Homes

The couple decided to foster the puppies until they could find them loving forever homes. The pups quickly adapted and started thriving, filled with joy thanks to the care and affection they received from their rescuers. These adorable furballs have charming personalities and are true cuddle bugs.
“They’re doing great now, little chunky babies. They are all so sweet and playful, but they also just want to lay on you and cuddle and be loved on,” Bowling shared with The Dodo.
At around eight to nine weeks old, the puppies are currently on the lookout for their forever families. It’s hard to believe these affectionate furballs won’t quickly capture the hearts of wonderful families who will love them endlessly.
Thank you, Bowling and Polly, for rescuing and nurturing these precious pups.
