Working as a rescuer dedicated to saving street dogs is incredibly challenging. After learning about this pup living in the bushes near a bank drive-thru in California, Hall felt a sense of urgency to act. A compassionate woman named Crystal provided a small crate for the dog to sleep in, offering shelter from the relentless rain. This allowed the pup to remain in one place, but when Hall attempted to help, she quickly realized how incredibly timid the dog was. Days passed with Hall trying to rescue her, but to no avail; her traps proved ineffective as the bank employees were regularly feeding the dog, eliminating any incentive for her to approach the food in the kennel.

They placed the trap and patiently waited. Despite the challenges posed by the dog’s skittish behavior, their determination never wavered; they believed that Sunday would be the day of rescue. Finally, the pup approached the trap.
After cautiously circling the trap, the pup finally ventured inside for the food, successfully triggering it. She was now safely secured, and both rescuers let out a sigh of relief. After many days of effort, Hall was overjoyed at finally saving this dog. The pup reached out with her paw, as if to express her gratitude for being rescued. Now in good hands, Hall is committed to helping the pup recover and find a loving new home as soon as possible.
