The dog appeared severely malnourished and in dire need of assistance, yet she was too frightened to approach the compassionate woman.
That’s when Meme devised a clever strategy!
Love At First Encounter
The Pittie remained stationary on the tracks, hesitant to approach her potential rescuer. Her eyes were filled with sadness, and it was evident that she had suffered from hunger and neglect.
Meme attempted to get closer a few times, but the shy dog held back.
Then, Meme placed a sandwich near the tracks and concealed herself behind a nearby building to avoid alarming the dog.
In that moment, the Pittie understood that this human meant no harm. She slowly lifted her head and approached Meme, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey!
With just a few kind words and a gentle touch, this once-timid pup blossomed into a loving companion. Quickly, she began wagging her tail and rolled onto her back, inviting belly rubs!

Upon bringing the Pittie home, Meme introduced her to the rest of the family—she was quick to bond with Meme’s mom and felt like a true princess.
The pup even received a cozy bed to retreat to, a small luxury after the hardships she had endured recently.

Meme and her family are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to help this dog, as she likely wouldn’t have survived on her own.
In hopes of finding her original family, they shared her pictures widely across social media platforms.
