Kentucky Delivery Driver Surprised by Unusual Note Regarding Family’s Dog After Making Package Delivery

Date:

Over the years as a dog owner, I have often wondered why dogs seem to delight in destroying certain household items. It’s as if they are aware they might face repercussions, yet in the moment, the thrill of the activity prevails.

My own dog had a penchant for chewing everything in sight, compelling us to keep our belongings out of reach, but nothing could compare to an unusual delivery experience in Kentucky.

A Surprising Note

During his deliveries, the driver enjoys meeting friendly dogs and cats who greet him enthusiastically. However, on this occasion, he found a curious note indicating that he should avoid leaving the package within the dog’s reach. Upon arriving at the house, he was welcomed by a sweet dog eager for attention and treats, which he happily provided.

He placed the package on top of the blue car as instructed, realizing that the dog, Hank, had a habit of chewing and destroying packages, hence the note. The delivery man was charmed by Hank’s demeanor, finding it hard to imagine this affectionate dog undertaking such mischief. Nevertheless, he adhered to the instructions provided.

Hank Is Not ‘Guilty’

After finishing his deliveries, the driver decided to share a video about Hank on TikTok, which quickly gained popularity. Many internet users were smitten with Hank and chimed in about his supposed antics with the package.

One commenter remarked, “Hank is being framed! He’s innocent.” While I find the evidence substantial, it’s hard not to be swayed by Hank’s lovable nature.

Another user suggested, “Hank 100% hurt his foot jumping up to get into trouble.” While this is a possibility, we must not rush to judgment about Hank’s guilt!

Someone else shared, “My dog ate my senior pictures. I found them all over the yard.” As a dog owner myself, I can attest that this mischief is just part of the package. Although Hank can be troublesome, his owners adore him regardless of the packages he’s ruined. This amusing video should remind us all to keep our valuables away from dogs while also embracing the occasional mess they create.
