However, reality isn’t always that straightforward. We must strive to implement change and assist whenever possible. Even a small action is better than inaction.
For an unfortunate puppy left on the streets by a hectic road, things began disastrously. His rescuers were pivotal in giving him a fresh start.
A Pup In Dire Need Of Assistance
As they drove by, Cathleen spotted this lovable puppy in need of help and promptly halted the vehicle.
One woman exited the car to comfort the frightened puppy, who clearly yearned for aid. She lifted him into her embrace, and he instantly relaxed.
A sigh of relief washed over him as he comprehended the sudden change; he finally had someone who cared.
Upon closer inspection, they found he was infested with fleas and worms, indicating he needed immediate treatment. Unfortunately, the clinic was closed, so Cathleen had to be patient.
During this waiting period, his rescuer provided him food and tasty treats. The resident dogs were curious about the newcomer and approached him cautiously.
They embraced him warmly, making him feel secure amidst their presence. Cathleen chose to personally address the flea and worm problems, which took some effort.
Milo Shows Remarkable Progress Each Day
The following day, they took him to a veterinary clinic to check his health status. Miraculously, he was primarily healthy with no serious issues.
They also discovered that he was merely a month old. It’s heart-wrenching to think about what this young creature experienced, but he’ll never face such hardships again.
Once home, Cathleen took the time to groom his coat, removing the grass stuck within. After tidying him up, he looked significantly improved.
She decided to name him Milo. He was a lovely puppy who deserved affection, and thanks to his dedicated rescuer, he received just that.
