“A mother’s love has no limits” is a phrase that Rainy would undoubtedly express if given a voice.
When this courageous mother dog was discovered in the torrential rain, she did everything necessary to shield her little one. The pair had taken refuge under a vehicle after being heartlessly deserted by their owners, with no other hiding spot in sight.
All they could do was hope for a compassionate soul to offer them assistance. That person turned out to be Hiridas!
They Were Left With Nowhere to Turn
On a rainy day, Hiridas, a devoted rescuer affiliated with The Pets Masters, was approaching his car when he heard desperate whimpering noises from beneath it. Upon inspecting further, his heart sank.
He discovered a mother dog and her one-week-old puppy taking shelter there. To make matters worse, both dogs were soaked from the rain.
These gentle souls had been heartlessly abandoned during a storm, and their only instinct was to find a safe place to shelter. When they finally spotted Hiridas approaching them, the mother dog became alarmed.
Clearly traumatized from her past, she remained out of reach, pleading with the rescuer not to harm her puppy.
However, when Hiridas lifted her pup, she immediately dashed out from beneath the car, following him closely. She was determined not to lose sight of her baby, even for a moment. In spite of her fear, her motherly love compelled her to stay close.
Eventually, the compassionate rescuer placed both Rainy and her puppy in the back seat of his car. Once Rainy felt secure enough, he covered them with a soft blanket to keep them warm.
Finally, A Safe Haven
It didn’t take long for Hiridas to choose to welcome both Rainy and her puppy, Rainbow, into his home. He recognized that the duo wouldn’t survive on their own, so he cared for them for an entire week.
After receiving some much-needed love and care in their new environment, they were taken to the vet for their initial checkup and vaccination. Unfortunately, Rainbow wasn’t in good enough health to get her first shot right away and had to wait a few additional days.
During this wait, she was given medication and a strict diet, paving the way to her full recovery.
It only took a couple of weeks for Rainy and Rainbow to transform into vibrant, healthy dogs. Rainy never missed an opportunity to shower Hiridas with affection, seemingly thanking him for rescuing her and her baby.
Rainbow, in contrast, blossomed into a lively puppy. She followed her mother everywhere and became the delightful entertainer of the household.
The initial plan was to have these two adorable canines adopted into a loving family. However, as months passed without suitable adopters, Hiridas ultimately made the decision to keep them permanently.
The lovable canines now live happily beside their human savior, and they couldn’t be more content.
Rainbow is all grown up now, but still embraces her puppy spirit. Together with her mother, they share an unbreakable bond, embarking on daily adventures.
Having endured so much hardship, both Rainy and Rainbow have finally arrived at the loving home they always deserved. They have no regrets, as they have found their forever home at last!
