Given his numerous challenges, Karey was uncertain if he would survive. He faced neurological and immune system problems, which complicated his ability to lead a normal life.

However, this didn’t deter her from providing him with the finest care available, and the results were remarkable.

Karey stated: People meet him and realize that although he has mobility issues and is a little different, he embodies pure love, and it’s perfectly fine to be unique.
Even though she initially signed up to foster Hugo, their connection is irreplaceable, and she can’t envision her life without him.
The sight of them together is truly heartwarming. Despite his reduced lifespan compared to other dogs, Karey is dedicated to enhancing his life daily.
She is determined to provide him with every opportunity to continue enjoying life, exploring, and being surrounded by loved ones.
