On her usual route home in Quincy, Florida, a woman named Stacy Batson had no inkling she was about to become a hero.
However, everything changed when she spotted a little pup darting out from the bushes, chasing after her car. Instinctively, Stacy pulled over to offer assistance.

“I encountered the two pups while heading home from work. It was late, but the brindle pup was the first to greet me. He seemed strong, friendly, and full of energy,” Stacy recalled.

“He seemed to rely on his sibling for comfort. Despite their fear, both had endearing personalities. They were starving, so I shared my leftover lunch with them, which truly broke my heart,” shared Stacy.
